Lyndsay Newell has dedicated her career to standing up for children and families in Tarrant County. A partner at Fort Worth’s oldest law firm, former teacher, and mom of two, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to the courtroom.

When speaking of justice, children are often at the heart of a family law case. Whether a case involves custody, alleged child abuse, or adoption, child safety and wellbeing must guide the outcome. Concurrently, parental rights and their property interests will be a primary consideration. As judge, Lyndsay will ensure that children’s needs remain paramount and that parents are given the resources to care for them.
